Suck rod anti-corrosion centralizer is mainly used for centralize suck rod and reduce the friction of suck rod.
Structure and Work Principle
It is composed of coupling, short joint and centralizer casing.
It connects with sucker rod. As the OD of centralizer casing is bigger than that of coupling to centralize. As the centralizer casing is the high strength abrasion-proof material, when contact with the oil tube abrade centralizer body and reduce tube friction in order to anti-partial.
Characteristics
1) The body is black or Ni-p plating so it has a high hardness surface, good abrade-proof and good anti-corrosion.
2) It is integrally-built, ends of it are both box that has high tensile strength and not easy to break or trip.
3) Centralizer casing is the high abrade material of molybdenum disulfide and carbon fiber. So it surface is high hardness and good abrade-proof. Its body locked the main part, easy to install and change.
