Please find below few examples of yarns along with prices (ex-works) we are currently manufacturing and selling on regular basis for seamless gloves companies in India. Additionally, we design yarns as per requirements.
1. 100% Virgin P-Aramid yarns, Ne 20/2 @ USD 34.00;
2. 100% Virgin P-Aramid yarns, Ne 30 @ USD 36.00;
3. Knitted P-Aramid fabrics, 200 gsm @ USD 38.00 USD/kg;
4. Nylon/Carbon yarn for ESD gloves @ 17.5 USD/kg;
5. HPPE yarns with polyester, Cut level 3 @ 25.50 USD/kg and HPPE with e-glass and polyester, nylon Cut level 5 @ 26.85 USD/kg;
6. 100% recycled P-Aramid, Ne 16/2 @ 22.50 USD/kg (we can also manufacture 480 and 680 gsm woven fabric if required);
7. Recently, we have developed a very cost-effective cut level 5 yarn HPT CutPro ES 57 which is a combination of nylon/e-glass/ss wire and can make cut level 5 gloves in G10 and G13, however plaiting yarns will be needed to make it more comfortable and we can sell this yarn @ 14.50 USD/kg.
