We are selling a farming activity that exploits 550 hectares in the Dolj region (South-West part of Romania), with the possibility to increase the operating area. For the entire lot there are state grants in the value of 180 euro/hectare. The company owns the whole equipment base necessary for cultivation and harvesting and also a complete technical platform (concrete surfaces, halls for repairs and maintenance, storehouse of 100 tons capacity for cereals, other storage spaces, diesel fuel station and many others). The access to the platform is made from a national road, recently modernized. We are also interested in a partnership by shares selling. Other information on request.
