TRANSACTION ACQUISITION PROCEDURES USED RAILWAY RAILS R50 R65: MINIMUM 10.000MT TO 30.000MT WITH 36 MONTHS CONTRACT
MAXIMUM PRICE: 160$ to 200$/MT FOB PRICE
1a) The seller sends FCO (Full corporate order) along with the WAREHOUSE DOCUMENT confirming the existence the quality and quantity of the goods specified in the contract, certified by Bureau veritas, SGS, Cotecna or equivalent, from the place of loading port with the date of the day that can be verified, to proof the existence of the goods.
1b) Seller send to buyer the officer bank information so that the buyer can ask on his bank officer to contact by cryptogram the seller bank officer, buyer bank officer will garant that buye ve the money and seller bank officer will send the "warehous document" from SGS or Bureau Veritas or eqyuivalent prooving that the seller ve the goods and quantity precised on the contract.
2) Buyer sign and return the FCO to the seller specifying the maximum linear length of 1.50m merchandise.
