CIF PROCEDURES: (for DLC NonOperative)
1. Buyer issues the ICPO.
2. Seller sends the Contract to the Buyer open for amendments.
3. Buyer signs the contract and sends it back to the Seller for Legalization with the Authority, the expenses to be borne by the Seller.
4. After the legalization of the contract, hard copy of the legalized contract will be sent to the Buyer together with the PPOP namely,
① Seller’s Commitment Letter to Supply. Approval to Export
