Opportunities are available for Project Funding or Investments in Government Construction and Development Projects in the South East Asian region. These are Infrastructure Projects such as Roads, Bridges, Airports, Seaports, Power Plants, Hospitals and Universities, with Government or Bank Guarantees or Shares, with good returns on investment on a negotiated basis.
Initial investment can be as small as USD15M to 20M, for a period of 1 to 5 yrs, to be guaranteed by government/bank guarantees or Shares of the Project, with interest payable over 1 to 5 yrs. Funder can pull out the investment at any time after 1 year, with the understanding according to terms of investment.
