I and my Chinese business friend want to import Fuel Oil Mazut M100 Gost 10585-75 product from Russia to China.
We want to buy first 200.000 MT only for one time. If we like the product, also then we can sign contract for 12 months.
We will accept your procedures. But we have two conditions:
1. We don't want to pay anything before CIQ or SGS at the destination port.
2. Seller asks shipper to make an authorization to the captain for the port entry agreement with shipping agency designated by buyer, and after the port entry agreement signed, buyer opens MT199 through bank-to-bank systems to seller.
If you accept these two conditions, also no problem.
