We produce and sell the crimping machine gip-500, or radial press, that has been designed to fix fittings to flexible pipes used for oleodynamic application on machinery, through plastic deformation. The dimensions of the machine with the pedestal are 370x170x340 mm.
The characteristics of this machine are inherent in the ability to be easily transportable and usable directly on site. Once positioned correctly the machine, it is possible to proceed to the placement of the tube and fitting to be coupled in the working area, to pump connection and run the crimping operation. The machine has low noise emission in all its component. The crimping machine production process, allows to fix a fitting piece (cylindrical or tronco-conycal sleeve),climping it on the flexible pipe external surface exerting pressure by hydrodynamic pump (max pressure 500 bar) and ensuring the clamp centering near the external surface of the fitting.
