Trade Lead Description:
Is your project new or existing. Is your project shovel ready Do you have all permits in place. Do you have a % of CASH to add to project. We do projects national and international. National must be over $1,500,000.International must be over $10,000,000.You must have a % of cash to add to project. we do not do %100 loans. About half the projects we look for are deals with buildings in some way or another　from development, renovations, and expansions. The other half of the projects types range from acquisitions. manufacturing, etc.
We have several programs to choose from, depending on the amount of the project. We close on about 1 project pr mo, for international projects after signing contract it takes 45-90 days to close.
We do not charge up front fees.
