Trade Lead Description:
What is ActProMin?
ActProMin is a deposit mined out Churchill County in Nevada. Unlike other deposits on the market today, ActProMin is not a marine limestone, but rather a freshwater lake bed deposit unique in its formation and benefit.
Both Calcium Carbonate Limestone and ActProMin are made up of shells. The difference is ActProMin is made up of gastropod shells that can only form under the purest of circumstances. It is, what geologists confirm, a Calcium Oxide. What differentiates a Calcium Oxide versus a Calcium Carbonate is the ability for the Calcium in ActProMin to be able to separate itself from the Oxygen, allowing the Calcium to be readily available for plant uptake, and animal digestion. Calcium Carbonate is not a chelatable deposit, meaning it does not have the ability to separate the calcium from the carbonate, therefore the majority of the calcium is still attached to the carbonate, leaving it useless for plant uptake and animal digestion.
