XINGIŽ raw materials include Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMW-PE) Uni-Directional (UD) fabrics, which are used in a wide spectrum of ballistic protection applications. Such fabrics combine Polyethylene (or Aramid) fibres in a thermoplastic matrix that is capable of absorbing and dispersing high impact energy, such as energy from rifle shots. Each fabric layer consists of fibre tapes cross-plied at 0°/90°/0°/90° degree.
Our XINGIŽ UHMWPE UD (unidirectional) fabric sheets have Two Main Types for applications:
XINGIŽ Soft Armor, like Body Armor, Bulletproof Inserts, Bomb Suit, etc.
XINGIŽ Hard Armor, like Ballistic Helmets, Hard Plates, Armored Vehicles, etc.
